By accessing zpsyche.com or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. Our tests are designed for self-discovery and personal growth — they are not clinical diagnostic tools.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and zpsyche ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of zpsyche.com. By creating an account, taking a test, or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner.
You must be at least 18 years of age to take a test or otherwise use zpsyche in your own right and consent to these Terms on your own behalf — this applies globally, in every country, regardless of what your local law would otherwise permit (see our Privacy Policy — Age Compliance Table for informational purposes only; it does not change the floor below). Creating an account does not by itself require you to be 18 — your date of birth is asked once, before your first test, and this floor is enforced at that point.
A user under 18 may take a test and otherwise use zpsyche only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Before a user’s first test, we ask for their date of birth; if it shows they are under 18, a parent or legal guardian present with them must confirm, via a checkbox, that they consent to the minor’s use of zpsyche.
This consent is self-attested— a checkbox and a timestamp — and is not independently verified by zpsyche (for example, we do not confirm the consenting adult’s identity or their relationship to the minor). By giving this consent, the parent or guardian represents that the statement is true and accepts these Terms and our Privacy Policy on the minor’s behalf. Knowingly making a false representation here is a breach of these Terms.
Outside of consent given this way, we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.
zpsyche offers online personality assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator framework (MBTI), and other validated psychometric instruments. All tests are provided for self-discovery, personal growth, and educational purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for more than 24 months.
Prices for paid reports are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) for users in India and in US Dollars ($) for users in other regions. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner(s). We do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service in addition to ours.
For users in India, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate will be added to the transaction amount where required by law. A tax invoice will be provided upon successful payment. You are responsible for any additional taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
All purchases on zpsyche are one-time transactions. We do not charge recurring subscription fees. Each purchase grants access to the specified report for the associated test result.
If a payment fails after your bank or card has been debited, please allow up to 5–7 business days for the amount to be automatically reversed to your account. If you do not receive the reversal, contact us at legal@zpsyche.com with your transaction reference number.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.
All content on zpsyche.com — including but not limited to test questions, scoring logic, algorithms, result interpretations, written reports, illustrations, animations, brand assets, and the "Curious Cocoon" design system — is the exclusive intellectual property of zpsyche or our licensors, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws.
Our logo, wordmark, and mark are available for press, partners, and integrations on our Brand Assets page, subject to the usage guidelines listed there.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our platform or content without our prior written consent.

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using zpsyche, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Your test answers and personality results are stored securely and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Before your first test, and editable any time from your Profile, we ask signed-in users a small set of demographic questions — date of birth, gender, occupation, and country. Date of birth and gender are required; occupation and country are optional and can be marked “prefer not to say.”
We ask for this because personality science is comparative — a result means more when we can responsibly account for age, life stage, and background. This information is used in two ways:
We do not sell demographic data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. You may decline to provide optional fields without losing access to any test or feature. You may review, correct, or request deletion of your demographic data at any time from your Profile or by emailing legal@zpsyche.com — see the Your Rights section of our Privacy Policy for the full process.
zpsyche is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Personality frameworks such as MBTI are tools for reflection, not definitive psychological classifications. Your type may evolve over time and across contexts.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zpsyche and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of zpsyche shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹500 (whichever is greater).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes not resolved within 30 days may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymised or erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to our legal data-retention obligations.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
